The Process
How We Bottle Surat's Flavour
No preservatives, no shortcuts — just a careful process that locks flavour in and lets you unlock it in five minutes.
Every Surti Flavour dish is cooked the traditional way first, exactly as it would be made in a Surat kitchen. Then, instead of freezing or chemically preserving it, we use controlled dehydration to remove the water while keeping the aroma, spice and texture intact. Add hot water and the dish rehydrates to its original, just-cooked self.
From kadhai to pack
Four steps, obsessively controlled.
Cook Fresh
Authentic recipes prepared in small batches with real Amul dairy and whole spices — no compromises at the source.
Gentle Dehydrate
Water is drawn out at controlled temperatures so flavour, colour and nutrition stay locked in.
Seal & Protect
Packed with an oxygen absorber in food-grade pouches for a long shelf life — zero preservatives added.
Add Hot Water
At your table: tear, pour in the measured hot water, wait five minutes — back to its just-cooked self.
Quality, checked at every step
The standards behind every pack.
Minimal gap between cooking and packing — kept to minutes for freshness.
Every single batch is tasted before it is sealed.
Traceable, Amul-sourced dairy — never palm oil or vanaspati.
Printed best-before and batch details on every pack.
Tear the pack, add the measured hot water, wait five minutes, and eat. What rehydrates isn't "instant food" — it's the same dish that left our kitchen, brought back to life in yours.
