Surti Flavour was born in Surat — a city that takes its food personally. We grew up on locho from the corner stall, undhiyu at family lunches, and rich, buttery gravies no one apologises for. That's the taste we wanted to put in a pack.

The idea was simple: take real Surti home cooking — made the traditional way, with real Amul dairy and fresh spices — and let it travel. So a student in another city, a family settled abroad, or anyone after a long day could have ghar-jaisa Surti food in ten minutes, with nothing but hot water.

No shortcuts, no preservatives, no artificial colours — the long shelf life comes from gently drying the food, not from additives. Just Surat's swaad, sealed fresh and ready whenever you are.
