Surtiflavour is a food production company that seeks to address two critical factors in the world – Health and Convenience. Surti Flavour experts have created Ready To Eat and high-on-convenience pre-packaged meals that help towards sustaining your health and provide you the convenience to quickly prepare your meal any time in your day. Surti Flavour creates delicacies that taste like the food from your mother’s kitchen. The food is 100% preservative-free and is made from the best available spices and the freshest ingredients. The products are packaged in a clean environment and shipped directly to your home in a Direct to Consumer business model

Surtiflavour is an expanding and visionary company that aims to provide convenience and taste which is combined with impeccable quality within all our products. We understand the distance you feel from home-cooked food when you stay far away, and our products are made to ensure that you feel closer to home. We make Ready To Eat yet healthy food that will be available to everyone around the globe! Not only is our food super easy to prepare, but it also tastes exactly like the piping hot and delicious food that is made by your loved ones at home. Surti Flavour endeavours to make delectable home-cooked food available to everyone worldwide without the hassle of cooking. Our snacks and other products also strive to ensure you have a bite that reminds you of your home.
3. What makes Surtiflavour different?
The approach behind Surtiflavour’s Ready To Eat Range and across our wide range of products is simple – providing delicious and nutritious food without the associated hassle of cooking. Before launching our brand, we conducted in-depth research about the daily nutrient requirements and the taste preferences of people from different walks of life all around the globe. After thoroughly understanding this, we came up with the perfect combination of delicious yet nutritious food which we ensure is incredibly easy to make! 4. Are all Surtiflavour meals healthy?
Yes, absolutely. All Surtiflavour meals and products are made with 100% natural ingredients and are entirely oil-free keeping in mind the health and dietary requirements of our wide range of customers who use our products. The meals are made with the choicest and freshest of ingredients and the best spices available so that no one has to compromise their health for want in taste. Our meals are also 100% preservative-free and do not have any artificial flavours, colours, or MSG that are added to the products. We hope to bring you the flavours without making you miss out on your health goals. The tastes of home as such would be forever within your reach!
5. Do the meals have an expiration date?
We meet many requirements for research and product development before launching our products to ensure that our meals and other products have the required amount of nutrients and calories, and that the safety that is associated with them is not compromised. Surtiflavour meals and our other offerings are best before 12 months from the date of manufacture as per the Food safety and regulatory authority. We would encourage you to carefully check the product packaging for the details that are associated with each batch of our products and the product information, including nutrient values, calorie counts, and the date and place of manufacture of the product. Payment and Refund
1. Does Surtiflavour Provide Refunds for orders?
Surtiflavour ships products directly to your home or address as stated by the customer during the order. As such, there are no opportunities for the products to be returned as there are significant hurdles considering the nature of the products and our shipping process. Surtiflavour does not provide refunds at this time for any purchases made through its platform or partners, unless for the following reasons:
The product has come in damaged packaging, with adequate proof to be shown during the unpacking of the shipping box. This has to be backed by photos or videos that offer the same from the point of view of unboxing. For any product-related issues please contact surtiflavour@gmail.com
2. What are the payment options available for me?
Surtiflavour allows multiple options for payment for the products that are available across various segments in its platforms. For all the products, including meals, snacks and more, the payment gateway allows customers to pay through their preferred payment modes, including debit and credit cards. The platform that is available for these payments is Phone Pay, whose gateway also allows for UPI transactions (Google Pay, Paytm), net banking, and other payment methods. 3. Does Surtiflavour accept international payments?
Surtiflavour accepts payments through various service providers and payment methods across its sales channels. This is enabled through the Phone Pay platform, an integrated solution managing the payment process through its gateway for the website. The Phone Pay platform allows for international payments from users of the system through integration with net banking, Credit and Debit Cards, UPI, and other payment methods. Our international shipments are currently on hold. This however would not impact payments to be made through international services but with delivery locations based out of India.

1. Are Ready To Eat meals like Surtiflavour safe?
Surtiflavour meals and snacks as with all our new products are developed with painstaking research and lab testing and are made with the best ingredients that are available in the market. The extensive research and testing period allows us to produce a quality product that will both be safe for consumption and leave your taste buds wanting more! Furthermore, we have stringent quality control mechanisms during the production and packaging of all our products in our production units that ensures that the food you receive is created in a stable, hygienic, and protected environment that ensures that the food you get on your plate is in its best possible form. 2. Are Surtiflavour meals Ready to Eat?
Surtiflavour snacks are Ready To Eat products along with some other offerings that are available in our stores’ product catalogue. There are also meals that are available that require some amount of preparation that will be necessary for the meal to be ready to eat. This requires a minimal amount of input by heating the product in a dish inside the microwave or boiling the product contents through heat induction.
Surtflavour meals can be prepared in three different ways.
- Add 180 ml of water with the contents of the packet in a vessel and heat it on a flame with a lid cover for 5 mins and cool for another 3 mins.
- Pour 180 ml water in a microwave safe bowl, adding the package contents and microwave for 2 mins and then cooling it for 3 mins.
- Pour contents in a bowl, add 180 ml of boiling water and cover it with a lid for 10 mins. Stir and serve after that.
- Detailed product cooking instructions are available to you on the product packaging as well which can be referred to while preparing your meal.

3. Are Surtiflavour meals Ready to Cook?
Surtiflavour meals are pre-packed meals that require minimal preparation to have them ready for your consumption. There is no intrinsic cooking process that is involved with the preparation of the meal. The meal needs to be heated according to the instructions that will be provided to you on the product packaging and which is also displayed on the website with which you can safely prepare and then consume your meal in a few minutes’ time at most!
Surtiflavour meals can be prepared in three different ways.
- Add 180 ml of water with the contents of the packet in a vessel and heat it on a flame with a lid cover for 5 mins and cool for another 3 mins.
- Pour 180 ml water in a microwave safe bowl, adding the package contents and microwave for 2 mins and then cooling it for 3 mins.

4. Can you heat and eat Surtiflavour meals directly in the microwave?

5. How can you properly prepare your Surtiflavour Meal?
We take great care in preparing products that are safe for consumption through our research and development team. It is to this extent that we have detailed methods for you to safely prepare your meal when you receive the same through Surtiflavour. All Surtiflavour products that require a preparation process for them to be consumed would have detailed instructions on the packaging which are requested to be followed to safely prepare the meal.

Subscription
1. Does Surtiflavour provide a subscription to its meal service?
Surtiflavour is a growing company that is established with the customer in mind. With our current established product line-ups, due to procedural and regulatory challenges, we are currently unable to provide you with Subscriptions to your favourite snacks and Ready To Eat meals from Surti Flavour. However, our team is constantly working to bring you new services and products and in the future, we hope to be able to provide a subscription service to various locations by changing team dynamics and regulatory requirements if those are met at a point in time in the future. You can purchase from our platform multiple times in a month in case of your requirements for multiple meals, or other Surti Flavour products from our wide offerings.
Delivery
1. Does Surtiflavour Deliver worldwide?
Surtiflavour is expanding rapidly through expanding its operations in various centers around the world. Currently, the shipping region that Surtiflavour delivers to is India. Regrettably, our shipping team does not accept orders or deliveries outside India and hence does not deliver worldwide due to our delivery partner and warehouse inventory constraints. Please stay tuned for other shipping regions that will be added to our website shortly as we expand.
2. Who will be delivering my Surtiflavour package/order?
We have tied up with local delivery service providers who through our partnership deliver our products to you. This is through a network of delivery nodes that are employed at the provider’s end, that seek to streamline and expedite the delivery process for you. Our estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days after shipping the product from our warehouse. After the transit of the package is completed, local delivery agents will move to your location to deliver the package to you at your location. We request that you kindly ensure that there is no error in the delivery addresses to ensure that the shipment reaches you without any hassle, and provides you ease within this system. 3. What should I do if I do not receive my order?
Our service partners work hard to deliver your order. In certain cases, there are possibilities for your product not being received by you, due to issues in transit with our delivery service, non-availability of the customer in the location provided during checkout, wrong delivery addresses added during the shipping process, and other viable reasons. We work to ensure that these issues are streamlined and occur less within the network but in case such issues occur we would encourage you to reach out to our support staff at surtiflavour@gmail.com to raise a ticket with your query and issue which our service team would seek to work towards to address the issue at the shortest duration possible. Our usual delivery times are between 5-7 days after packaging and which is restricted to India currently. However, there might be some delays that are inordinately faced by the delivery service which will be sought to be notified to you duly. We also would encourage you to reach out to the support team in case of an inordinate delay in the receipt of your package/order.
4. Can I cancel my Surtiflavour Order?
Surtiflavour meals and snacks along with products from our other ranges are pre-packaged and shipped to the shipping regions and locations that customers have added during the checkout process. At the stage when the checkout process is initiated and the package has been shipped, Surtiflavour is unable to cancel the order received at that time. However, during the time period between the Order Placement and Packaging before shipment the order can be cancelled. No cancellations are possible beyond this time frame. Refunds are also not provided in conjunction with products being shipped, and returns of the products with our shipping partners are also not possible.
5. Can the meals be delivered to my home or office?
Surtiflavour meals are packaged with our trusted agents on our production lines and sent to any location throughout the shipping regions that we currently service. Currently, our meals and snacks are delivered to all locations within India and the same can be delivered to any address at the time of delivery. We would request the customer to input the address as per their necessary needs within the portal during selecting products and subsequently checking out before payments to ensure that the same reaches you at the location you desire. We would, however, encourage you to select locations where your availability is ensured so as to ensure the success of our delivery partner in delivering the package to you when the shipment reaches your preferred destination.
Shipping
1. Does Surtiflavour provide free shipping?
Surtiflavour provides free shipping on orders above 999 INR. The current shipping regions are India, and we do not offer worldwide shipping through Surtiflavour at this point in time. However, for products in your cart, that total less than 999 INR, there will be a calculated shipping rate that will be added to your cart total during checkout and the payment system will reflect the same. In case you qualify for free shipping there will be no additional charges reflected on the checkout page for you and you can continue with the payment through our partner portal. 2. What are Surtiflavour shipping rates?
Shipping within India is free for orders above 999 INR. There are shipping charges that are applicable to the total in case the cart value goes below 999 INR. We currently do not ship to any other country apart from India. In case of any queries and issues with shipping, you can contact our Surtiflavour support team at surtiflavour@gmail.com As we do not ship products outside India at this stage, there is no product shipping rate available for worldwide deliveries. As the team and supply chain expands to include other shipping regions and countries, we shall update our shipping allowances and the rates will be reflected accordingly in your cart. If there are any applicable shipping charges to your delivery address concerning the product total, they will automatically be added to the checkout page before you pay for your order.
3. What are Surtiflavours shipping estimates for different regions?
Shipping for all our products that are carried in the store catalogue is restricted to India. Within India, there are two tiers of shipping that are followed. For products purchased from our stores across various categories that total above 999 INR, no shipping charges will be applicable to the package. However, with totals below 999 INR, there will be a shipping charge added extra to your cart total in your order. We can address any shipping-related queries or other potential issues. Shipping estimates and figures are automatically updated on your checkout page as per the applicable rates for that region.
